Throughout all our travels as a child I can always recall the feeling of immense pride at being called Pete Holman's daughter he was so well known, everywhere we were posted someone knew him, even when I first met my husband he was told b e careful that's Pete Holman's daughter. Your comforting arms around my shoulders will stay with me forever. I miss you more than words can say dad, you will be forever in my heart.

I will never forget Peter.He was very kind to me and my PTS when we were at Knightsbridge and Pat also. I left the WRAC in 1975 and I met up with Pat and Peter at various Reunions and other occasions. I will never forgst Peter trying to rub my cheeks with that beard of his so I had to avoid him at times. Rest in Peace Peter you will be sadly missed.
